Returns and Refunds

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 7 days after receiving the parcel.

Refunds are only applicable for:
● Wrong item sent
● Incorrect order received
● Defective or damaged item
● Other cases approved by our management

Approved refunds will be processed through a suitable payment method determined by our team.

Exchange & Return Policy

Customers may request an exchange or return within 14 days after receiving the parcel.

Exchange requests are only applicable for:

● Wrong item sent
● Wrong size/item received
● Defective item

Items returned for exchange must:

● Be unused and unwashed
● Be in original condition and packaging
● Include proof of purchase/order number

We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions above.
